No, advertising is extra. Food Police charges a 20% commission or 500 pesos per display for amounts under 2,500 pesos. These amounts do not include taxes or bank fees and should be paid directly to Food Police. Food Police will suggest the best timing for advertising content to maximize the client's budget

No. El guión es parte fundamental de la estrategia digital y de alcance de cada video. El papel del cliente es únicamente confirmar que la información que se le presenta en el guión es correcta (datos como el precio de la comida, la bebida, la dirección…). En caso de que las partes no lleguen a un acuerdo y el cliente decida modificar el guión la garantía de alcance se invalidará. Esto se debe a que ya no estaríamos trabajando bajo nuestra metodología, sino bajo un enfoque externo que no podemos garantizar.

- Prices with VAT expressed in Mexican pesos. Non refundable.
- Your purchase will be confirmed via email within 24 business hours after your check out. Subsequently, and up to 24 business hours after you receive the email, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a shooting date. When we contact you, please let us know about any additional requirements. The corresponding payment must be made by wire transfer.
- Thank you for your trust. The product or service to be featured must be provided by the customer and is not included in the budget. We recommend the customer allows the production team to choose the food (at least 5 different items) + beverages that will appear on screen to ensure a visually rich and attractive video. The customer's best sellers or priority items are always welcome.
- The “Go Viral” and “Get noticed” packages are not available for coverage outside of CDMX.
- Transportation to the venue is included within a 10 km radius of Pestalozzi 344 in Narvarte Poniente. If the distance is exceeded, a round-trip Uber will be added.
- Packages that include an Instagram reel also include the possibility of showing the content as a collaboration to appear on both the Food Police profile and the client's profile. When Food Police contacts you to schedule a shooting date, please let us know if you want the content to appear as a collaboration.
- Make sure to provide accurate and updated details such as name, email, phone number, WhatsApp, address, and the name of the venue.

Changes to scheduled shooting dates can be made ONCE and up to 72 hours before the agreed date. After that, no changes can be made.

- Transportation to the venue is included within a 10 km radius of Pestalozzi 344 in Narvarte Poniente. If the distance is exceeded, a round-trip Uber will be added.
- Per diem for out-of-town shoots: Outside of CDMX, an additional $2,000.00 per day will be added, plus accommodation and transportation if an overnight stay is required.
- Copyright transfer: If the client wishes to use the content for their communication, the transfer of rights will be quoted additionally. An additional percentage will be charged on top of the fee depending on the required usage. The client may not download the content and upload it to their accounts without Food Police's authorization.
- Media buying not included. The client can buy media through the Food Police account. Food Police will charge a 15% commission on the total media buy.
- A fixed position for content on Instagram or TikTok profile will cost 15% of the total per week. It can be fixed for up to 3 weeks.
- These extras must be paid via wire transfer. If you require any extras, please indicate when we contact you to schedule the shooting date.

Food Police reserves the right to refuse to promote any service that meets one or more of the above characteristics. If the content production has not been carried out and the client has already paid for the services, Food Police will refund the money paid minus a 25% commission for administrative costs. If such characteristics are identified during the content production, Food Police will refund the money paid minus a 70% commission for production costs. Every ad will contain the hashtag #advertisement
