Important:
These prices are only available to entrepreneurs as support for their communication campaigns. They do not apply to restaurant groups, international brands or similar. In case of misuse of the service, Food Police will return the money to the client less a 25% commission for administrative costs. For campaigns with groups, brands and similar, please contact us at jazmin@foodpolice.mx
I. Office Hours
Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, CDMX central time. Except holidays.
II. About the confirmation of my purchase
Your purchase will be confirmed via email within 24 business hours after your checkout. You will then be contacted by phone up to 24 business hours after receiving the email to schedule your recording date. When we contact you, please let us know about any additional fees you may require. Payment for these additional fees must be made by bank transfer.
III. How long does it take for my content to appear on Food Police?
You have 15 calendar days from the recording day. In case the slots are already filled with previously scheduled campaigns, we'll offer you the nearest available date. Schedule soon to secure your spot on the immediate monthly content grid.
IV. As a client, can I modify the script that Food Police proposes for the video?
No. The script is a fundamental part of the digital strategy and ensuring the reach of each video. The client's role is solely to confirm that the information presented in the script is correct (information such as the price of food, drinks, address, etc.).
V. Do the packages include an amount for promotion (advertising)?
Advertisement not included. Clients may advertise content through their Food Police account. Food Police charges a 40% commission or 3,500 pesos per show for amounts under 8,000 pesos. These amounts do not include taxes or bank fees and must be paid directly to Food Police.
VI. Do the prices include Taxes?
Prices include Taxes and are expressed in Mexican pesos. To invoice your purchase, please email us at personareal@foodpolice.mx and attach your current month's tax receipt.
VII. Are there refunds?

VIII. Do the prices include the product to be displayed?
The product or service to be showcased must be provided by the client and is not included in the sales price. The client is encouraged to allow the production team to choose the food (at least five different types) and beverages to be featured in the video to create a visually rich and engaging video. Suggestions for the client's best sellers or priority items are always welcome.
IX. About foreign coverage
The Go Viral and Get Notice packages are not available for coverage outside of Mexico City.
Transfer to a consumer center is included within a 10 km radius of Pestalozzi 344 in the Narvarte Poniente neighborhood. If the distance is exceeded, a round-trip Uber ride will be added.
X. Extras and additional information
XI. Can content appear as collaborative?
Packages that include an Instagram Reel also include the option to feature the content as a collaboration, so it appears on both the Food Police profile and the client's profile. When Food Police contacts you to schedule the recording, please let us know if you would like the content to appear as a collaboration.
XII. Rescheduling content shooting
If Food Police requests a date change less than 72 hours before the recording due to force majeure, the client will be offered three different date options so they can choose the one that best suits them. Food Police will provide the client with three Instagram stories for each rescheduled date.
XIII. What happens if platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or the corresponding platform) flag or delete content that has already been published?
Food Police produces and publishes content in compliance with the community policies and guidelines of each social media platform contracted by the client (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other applicable platform). However, the review and moderation processes of such platforms are independent, outside our control, and subject to continuous changes, without notifying or clearly communicating those changes to their users.
a) In the event that any platform removes, blocks, or flags as infringing a piece of content already published (for example, for briefly showing alcohol even alongside food), Food Police will not be able to re-upload the same material. This is due to the real risk of account loss or suspension.
b) If this occurs within 90 days of the original publication, Food Police is responsible for producing and publishing a new version of the video that eliminates any risk of infringement. The production of new replacement content is not contemplated when more than 90 days have passed since the original publication date.
c) Responsibility for the consequences derived from platform moderation or policies lies exclusively with the platforms themselves; Food Police does not assume responsibility for these actions.
XIV. Food Police does not advertise:
- Dietary supplements without a doctor's supervision
- Miracle or deceptive products
- Products or services aimed at children or minors
- Medicine without a doctor's supervision
Cosmetic treatments without professional supervision - Personal development courses or retreats
Life coaching - Sweepstakes, raffles, and donations (non-authorized charities)
- Traders, cryptocurrencies
- Cults or religious organizations
- Brands or public figures that have been accused of emotional, sexual, or economic violence against someone
- Organizations that incite hatred/discrimination/violence
- Products or services that do not meet the necessary quality standards to be offered to the public.
Food Police reserves the right to refuse to promote any service that meets one or more of the above characteristics. If the content production has not been carried out and the client has already paid for the services, Food Police will refund the money paid minus a 25% commission for administrative costs. If such characteristics are identified during the content production, Food Police will refund the money paid minus a 70% commission for production costs. Every ad will contain the hashtag #advertisement
Customer service hours at Food Police: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Central Mexico time, excluding holidays.
XV. When does the service provision end?
The service is considered complete once the contracted content has met the agreed-upon coverage guarantee (prior to August 20, 2025, this only applied to one of the two contracted platforms; it did not apply to the "Make Yourself Known" package) and the client has been notified in writing.
Any inquiries, requests for meetings, visits, calls, or additional actions that require Food Police's time and resources after the service is concluded may incur additional costs.
Furthermore, Food Police reserves the right to evaluate future service provision based on the relationship, respect, and prior working conditions, always seeking positive and constructive collaboration.
XVI. How long will the content remain on Food Police?
At least 180 days after the original publication, except for content that is removed, blocked, or flagged by the platforms on which it was published, in which case the provisions of Section XIII will apply.
These packages include content published exclusively on Food Police-owned spaces. The content produced will be the property of Food Police, and the client may not download or repost it, using their own or third-party tools, without written authorization from Food Police. To purchase the produced material, see "Extras and Add-ons." Restrictions apply. Purchasing these packages, whether through the online store or any other means, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
