JAZMÍN MARTÍNEZ, representing FOOD POLICE, is a natural person, with full legal capacity to exercise their rights and comply with their obligations, who is responsible for the processing of your personal data to collect, protect and preserve it, including those called sensitive, patrimonial and financial. V. THE MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO) TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
You can exercise your rights of rectification, access, or cancellation of your personal data by submitting a request in accordance with the following procedure:
Submit a written request addressed to the Personal Data Protection Officer, JAZMÍN MARTÍNEZ, whose email is info@foodpolice.mx, who is responsible for handling ARCO procedures on behalf of the data controller.
Your request must contain the following information:
- The name of the data subject.
- The address of the data subject and, if applicable, the address of the Legal Representative.
- An alternative means to communicate the response to your request.
- Documents proving the identity of the data subject or, if done by a third party, proof of legal representation.
- A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data, if applicable.
- In case of requests for rectification of personal data (the data subject must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request).
If any information is missing from your request, you will be asked to rectify the omission promptly. If there is doubt about your identity, FOOD POLICE reserves the right to request any other document to verify your identity.
Upon complying with all the formalities required for this procedure, a response will be provided within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which your request was received or from the date on which all the observations were fully rectified. The aforementioned period may be extended only once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
It is important to note that we may not be able to immediately fulfill your request to conclude the use, as it may be necessary to continue processing your personal data due to legal obligations. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, revocation of your consent may imply that we cannot continue providing the service you requested or the termination of your relationship with us.
You acknowledge and accept that the rights of opposition or cancellation of personal data contained in photographs must be exercised prior to the disclosure of the information, as in case of exercising any of the ARCO rights after the publication of the images, the Data Controller only undertakes to delete or block the files in its database.

VI. DATA TRANSFERS
We would like to inform you that FOOD POLICE carries out transfers of personal data to third parties, without any commercial or unlawful purpose, but solely to fulfill the provision of contracted services. These third parties are therefore service providers or selected product suppliers who support activities that enable us to serve you or facilitate verification of the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
Likewise, FOOD POLICE may, without commercial purposes, share or transmit THE DATA with its subsidiary or affiliate companies for the same purposes. In the event that FOOD POLICE needs to transfer your personal data to national or foreign third parties other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph for the fulfillment of our services, you will be informed in advance of this situation in order to request your authorization and inform you about the recipients or third parties and purposes of such transfers, in terms of the provisions of articles 36 and 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and 68 of its Regulations.
In any case, FOOD POLICE will communicate this Privacy Notice to the recipients of your personal data, so that they respect its terms.
VII. REVOCATION OF YOUR CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
