WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For digital products: within the next 24 hours you will receive an email with the confirmation of your transaction and the information to access the products you purchased. 

For physical products: within the next 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email. Normally, the processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. It is essential that the telephone number is correct for delivery. Our delivery scope only covers within Mexico for now.

For services: within the next 24 hours you will receive an email with the confirmation of your transaction and the information to enjoy the service you purchased, such as the address and time of the event and other relevant information for the use of the service.

REFUND

“I don't feel satisfied with my product.”

For physical products: we ask that you pay close attention when making your purchase regarding the characteristics of the product you are receiving, size, color... In case you need to exchange physical products, these shipping costs are borne by the customer. . To proceed with a return, the product must come in its original packaging, with its labels, unused. For hygiene reasons, we do not return food products. In the event that the product arrives broken, please report it immediately with photographs that show evidence of the conditions in which the product arrived. 

In the case of digital services and products, there are no returns or refunds.
