IV. Can I modify the script proposed by Food Police for my video?

V. Do the packages include a budget for promotion (ad spend)?
Ad spend not included.
Policy for entrepreneurs: The client may promote the content through Food Police’s account. Food Police charges a 40% commission or MXN $3,500 per publication for budgets under MXN $8,000. These amounts do not include taxes or banking fees and must be paid directly to Food Police.
Policy for brands: All fixed video packages include one complimentary month of ad promotion.

Yes. Prices include VAT and are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN).
To request an invoice, please email personareal@foodpolice.mx and attach your current month’s tax registration document (constancia fiscal).
VII. Are refunds available?
No refunds are available.
From the date of purchase, the client will have a maximum period of 6 months to request, schedule, and carry out the production, which must be effectively completed within said period.
If, for reasons beyond Food Police’s control, the production is not requested and/or not carried out within this period, the service shall be deemed rendered and completed, with no obligation for refund, replacement, or subsequent execution.
VIII. Are the featured products or services included in the package price?
No. The product or service to be featured must be provided by the client and is not included in the sale price.
Clients are encouraged to allow the production team to select the food items (at least 5 different dishes) and beverages to ensure a visually rich and attractive video. Suggestions regarding bestsellers or priority items are always welcome.

XIII. What if social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or others) flag or remove a published video?
Food Police produces and publishes content in full compliance with each platform’s community guidelines. However, the review and moderation of these platforms are independent and beyond our control, and their policies may change without prior notice to users.
a) If any platform removes, blocks, or flags a published video (for example, for showing alcohol, even briefly, in the presence of food), Food Police cannot re-upload the same material, as doing so may risk the account’s suspension.
b) If this occurs within 90 days of original publication, Food Police will produce and publish a new version of the video that eliminates any potential policy violations.
If more than 90 days have passed since publication, a replacement video is not included.
c) The platforms themselves are solely responsible for such moderation decisions; Food Police assumes no liability for these actions.
XIV. Food Police does not promote the following:
- Dietary supplements without medical supervision
- “Miracle” or misleading products
- Products or services directed at children or minors

- Food Police reserves the right to refuse promotion of any service that meets one or more of the above criteria.

If such characteristics are identified during production, Food Police will refund the amount minus a 70% production cost fee.

XV. When Does the Service Provision Conclude?
The provision of services is considered complete once the contracted content has achieved the agreed-upon reach guarantee (prior to August 20, 2025, this applied only to one of the two contracted platforms and did not apply to the “Date a Conocer” package) and the client has been notified in writing.
Any inquiries, meeting requests, visits, calls, or additional actions requiring Food Police’s time or resources after service completion may incur additional costs.
Furthermore, Food Police reserves the right to evaluate future service engagements based on the prior working relationship, respect, and professional conditions, always seeking a positive and constructive collaboration.
XVI. How Long Will the Content Remain on Food Police Platforms?
Content will remain published for at least 365 days after the original publication date, except for content removed, blocked, or flagged by the hosting platforms, in which case the provisions of Section XIII shall apply.
These packages include publication exclusively on Food Police-owned platforms.
All produced content is the property of Food Police, and the client may not download, repost, or redistribute it—whether through their own tools or third-party platforms—without written authorization from Food Police.
