Terms of service
Advertising packages include content to be published exclusively on spaces owned by Food Police. The content produced will be the property of Food Police and the client may not download or repost it, through their own or third-party tools, without written authorization from Food Police. If the client wishes to own the content to upload it on their own networks, an additional fee will be charged for the transfer of rights. The amount of this fee will be 90% of the price of the contracted package, except for the “Get noticed” package where the fee will be 100%.
Advertising package prices are only available to entrepreneurs as a support for their communication campaigns. They do not apply to restaurant groups, international brands or similar. In the event of misuse of the service, Food Police will return the money to the client less a 25% commission for administrative costs. For campaigns with groups, brands and similar, please contact us at jazmin@foodpolice.mx
Prices expressed in Mexican pesos, sales tax included. There are no refunds.
Your purchase will be confirmed via email within 24 business hours after you check out. Afterwards and up to 24 business hours after you receive the email, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a recording date. When we contact you, please tell us about any additional items you require. The corresponding payment must be made by bank transfer.
Thank you for your trust. The product or service to be shown will have to be provided by the client and is not included in the budget. The client is recommended to provide the production team with the facility to choose the food (at least 5 different ones) + drinks that will appear on the frame in order to have a visually rich and attractive video. Suggestions of the client's best sellers or their priority items are always welcome.
The Go Viral and Get Noticed packages are not available for coverage outside of Mexico City.
Transportation to the location is included within a 10 km radius of Pestalozzi 344 in the Narvarte Poniente neighborhood. If the distance is exceeded, a round trip Uber will be added.
The packages that include Instagram reel also include the possibility of showing the content as a collaboration so that it appears both on the Food Police profile and on the client's profile. When Food Police contacts you to schedule the recording, please let us know if you want the content to appear as a collaboration.
Make sure to provide your correct information such as name, email, phone number with WhatsApp, address and name of the location
How long does it take for my content to appear on Food Police?
15 calendar days from the day of recording. In case the spaces are already occupied by previously scheduled campaigns, we will offer you the closest date. Schedule soon to secure your place on the immediate monthly content grid.
Do the packages include promotion (advertising) fees?
No, advertising is additional. Food Police charges a commission of 20% or 500 pesos per display for amounts less than 2,500 pesos. These amounts do not include taxes or bank fees and must be paid directly to Food Police. Food Police will suggest the best time to schedule the content seeking the best use of the client's budget.
As a client, can I modify the script that Food Police proposes for the video?
No. The script is a fundamental part of the digital and reach strategy of each video. The client's role is only to confirm that the information presented in the script is correct (data such as the price of food, drink, address...). In the event that the parties do not reach an agreement and the client decides to modify the script, the reach guarantee will be invalidated. This is because we would no longer be working under our methodology, but under an external approach that we cannot guarantee.
